It doesn't really disturb me. Most of the times, I'm always online (when I'm not at school), but when I don't wish to be disturbed, I just change my status to Busy. People don't disturb me then (I suppose they already know that I can be kind of short when they annoy me :-)) But your quite right about the 'hej, cava'-conversations. But I too hate those 'everything ok?' questions. And another annoying thing is that a lot of people set their status to 'away' even if they are not. Even more annoying is the 'invisible' status.
